Big rooms and the decor, tower seating area and the fact they had put up a Christmas tree

The amount of stairs but understand that is unavoidable

The apartment was amazing nothing negative to say about it, the beds were super comfy and all the other fixtures and fittings were of a high standard. The beautiful Christmas tree in the lounge was a lovely touch and the private parking space was a bonus.

There was nothing negative that we could find with the apartment.

Excellent space and furniture.

Not enough loo roll and no tissues. It’s a shame cause these are low cost items snd would have made our stay even better. Caffetiaire. Was old and needs to be replaced.

Smelt of smoke in some of the rooms.

Well equipped, beautiful flat. The watchtower was a quirky bonus.

Noisy when raining due to flat being top floor.

A beautiful apartment with the bonus of a tower room with a 360 degree view. The interior is faultless, very well thought through with a lovely colour scheme. Everything we needed or wanted was available and more. The apartment was exceptional clean and everything was clearly written in the welcome folder. From the moment we stepped into the apartment we knew we had made the right choice. We would definitely book again. The location is more or less in the centre area but very quiet, easy walking access to the town centre and the train station. Harrogate to York on the train is very straightforward and far easier than using the car. It is a great location with easy access to lots of beautiful surrounding areas.

If I had to be very picky there are two things that could be improved. 1) the mattress in the smaller room could be renewed as it dips quite a bit in the middle, one ended up automatically rolling towards the middle of the bed. 2) it was difficult to access the windows in the larger bedroom and therefore difficult to open and air the room.

Very well appointed apartment, very responsive host and fantastic views over the Town from the Tower Room.

This was not an issue for us, but its top floor, so there are stairs to climb upto the apartment.

The property is impressively spacious, with generously sized ensuite bedrooms, a large lounge area, and a beautiful viewing tower with 360 degree views that quickly became a favourite spot to start the day and wind down in the evenings. Conveniently located within walking distance of the town, it made exploring the local area easy and allow us to enjoy meals and drinks in town without having to use the car. We had one minor issue at the start of the stay, which we reported. Only mentioning so I can highlight that the response was instant and the problem addressed immediately - leaving a positive experience.

One side of both beds felt like they were on a slight slope - I see an earlier review mentions similar. Unsure whether this was due to the mattresses, the bed frames, or the floor. Additionally, during our visit, there was some building work going on next door. This didn't cause any noise disturbance, and the builders were courteous and considerate. It was just unfortunate the dedicated parking space was situated within cms of the scaffolding, which resulted in our vehicle getting quite dirty with brick dust.
