I have put low scores as we were unable to stay here as there was no-one around upon arrival at around 18:30pm to let us in despite knocking on several doors and ringing intercom and the telephone number provided on booking.com. It was not until 21:41pm on the 17th that i recieved an email to ring a mobile number to be let in but by that time we had sourced other accomodation after travelling 5 hours to get here.

"Good, but..."

The location is very good. Only about a 10 minute walk to the town centre. The apartments are relatively spacious and kept clean

Specifically to my stay, the loft windows were faulty and difficult to use. The WiFi didnt seem to reach my apartment at all times either.

"St Ives stay"

Very good position and also very spacious and bright. 15 mins walk to the town centre, even if uphill on the way back to the apartment

Could be a bit more clean, bedsheets were smelly (cigarette) and stained, not pleasant at all.

SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE, WELL POSITIONED IN THE TOWN

UNFORTNATELY THE BEDDING AND PARTICULARLY THE TOWELS SMELT OF SMOKE, THEY MUST BE STORED IN A SMOKERS HOME. OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OK.

"Uselt mottagande och ingen nödutgång från översta våningen"

Hyfsat läge. Nyrenoverat badrum.

Ingen mötte upp med nycklar när jag kom, ingen svarade på boendets telefon (ringde 3 ggr), fick ringa Booking för att till slut någon skulle komma och släppa in mig. Ingen nödutgång från översta våningen, i fall det skulle börja brinna på bottenvåningen och den enda smala trappan var blockerad eller rökfylld.

"Spacious accommodation near train/bus station with sea views"

The location and sea views are fantastic! Spacious two bed ground floor apartment.

Nothing to complain about…the fixtures and fittings are a little tired, I believe the decorators were coming the day after we left.

Location near train.bus. leisure,town centre, 12 mins walking to beach.

Kitchen stuff was greasy. We had to wash before using them. The curtains some is broken. Didn't get fix as promised to us on Monday when we arrived. We left on Friday still hasn't been done. Some furniture wasn't clean, some broken had been left by the hallway. We couldn't sleep well some night. Due to the creaking floor board from the room upstairs. Some of the bedding smelt of smoke.
