Private parking. Good location. Lovely spacious apartment. Lea was an excellent host. Very helpful & friendly.

All beds very basic & extremely uncomfortable. Lounge curtains a little tatty. Some lights in kitchen didn't work. Apartment a little tired. Take extra toilet rolls, only one provided. Towels had a smell of cigarette smoke.

The location was excellent, as well as the parking and the grounds. We had a lovely welcome by Lea too. The view was also beautiful.

There were a few things that were a bit unfinished, such as the skirting board in the lounge and some areas and items of furniture, including carpet and curtains are looking a bit tired and not at their best, which is a shame as the apartment really could be 5 stars. I would rate it as a 3-4 stars overall. However, we had a great stay and I would recommend it.

Vrery nice property with usefull parking. Kitcvhen facilites were great with everything you need. Beds were clean and comfortable.

St Ives is not the flatest of towns and Rosemorran is up a very steep hill. Getting in to town takes about 10 minutes but getting back takes a lot longer and if you have breathing problems can be very taxing as I found out. Parking at Rosemorran is useful as parking in town is nigh impossible unless you hasve a Blue Badge.

It’s lovely and clean, we had toilet paper and a selection of soaps and shampoos provided to us. Lea was friendly and checking in/out was super easy. The views are beautiful, and there’s a nice terrace and garden too.

Only two things -The windows are very old and a draft came through in the bedroom, I was freezing all night and the noise was too much with the current roadworks. -We had the loft which isn’t the safest for a toddler, there’s stairs that access straight to the kitchen so we had to watch our kid constantly. It would be safe for an older child but definitely not for a kid under 2 or 3 years old.

"Perfect romantic getaway!"

Beautiful apartment, very clean, tidy, well maintained. Lovely feature the balcony with a gorgeous view, perfect for a romantic get away and will be back. Lea who is there to help is also very lovely.

The kitchen had everything you’d need. Wifi was good. Location and setting were pretty and had nice views, a garden and patio. Excellent parking. We were checked in by Lea who lives on site and is the owner’s property manager.

The bathroom was tatty and the shower over the bath splashed water everywhere so the floor was flooded after every shower. The bedroom was the weirdest shape and the low ceiling meant that only one of us could stand up at any one time. The smallest had to take the side of the bed where there was literally a gap of one foot otherwise you smacked your head on the ceiling or the wardrobe, which was a good size but at an angle just as you tried to get I to bed. The bed was a double, which is very small these days but was comfortable albeit tiny. And we are not big people! There was a general smell of cigarettes in the apartment, and on the towels. Worst of all…and not the fault of the property was the re tarmacking of the roads around the property. The noise and vibration for two days was horrendous, and the stench of tarmac meant we had to keep the windows closed. It would have been very helpful to have had prior warning of the road closures as we arrived after a four hour journey plus an hour of trying to get into the property’s car park! We only had two nights and were there for a family funeral so it was a real shame our stay was blighted by these days of MAJOR road resurfacing.
