Studio 1, First Floor Town Centre Apartment

The kitchen facilities were great as was the bathroom. The location was perfect, close to town.

We ended up paying for parking £10 for 24 hours as there was no parking allocated to this accommodation. This was the only reason we booked it. We were charged £15 extra on top of the booking for insurance. This should have been included in the price. The mattress has seen better days and there was not even a mattress protector on the bed. Crockery and cutlery were dirty so we had to wash it when we arrived.

Nice little apartment. Excellent location. Well-equipped kitchen (though I noticed that, oddly, there was no corkscrew.)

Tedious verification process involving ID and photo (and there didn't seem to be any way of not paying £5 to do this.) This was quite off-putting. I called the company - twice - to see if I could arrive half an hour or so early, and the person who answered told me she would call me back but didn't. Not enough bedclothes - a thin duvet, and it's winter (had to keep heating on all the time.) Only a very small table to eat at - not really sufficient surfaces to put things on.

Lack of free parking

Good location, very nice place. Staff was great about getting extra pillow in a short time when one was missing from double bed.

Having a winter duvet on bed in Spring/ Summer season ;heating on when unable to switch off in the heatwave but good job had a large fan to cool down when it's was very noisy with window open due to heavy traffic on outside.
