Shower was difficult to adjust and not very powerfull, some issues with signal with the smart TV
GBWe stayed for four nights with our two dogs. Fabulous studio apartment. Very clean and lots of attention to detail, tea and coffee basket, bottle of fizz, bowls & blankets for doggies………….Everything felt brand new like no one had stayed before. Easy location for things we wanted to do. Nice pub on corner of road. Would definitely stay again 👍

No place to sit outside. There is a bench in front of the studio, but it is also the parking space. We missed some guidance how to walk to the centre of St. Ives.

GBI first visited the location in September 2022 and wrote that the property had everything you could possiby need. That was exactly the same this time around, and the property owners had even made available a number of brochures with information for the season (something I commented upon in my earlier review) - kudos for reading and responding. This time around I had an opportunity to speak to the owners of the property, and they really are warm-hearted and welcoming - and clearly care about the people who stay. If you do want a quiet private break away from it all, have a car, and want to explore this part of Cornwall I really can't recommend this highly enough.
Absolutely nothing - this is a fantastic base from which to explore and venture out in to the wonderful Cornish countryside, beaches, and local attractions. If you do have a car, but want to stretch a bit whilst visiting, why not take some cycles down with you. The views will certainly be worth the effort.
