The place was lovely and clean, there was everything we needed, we had been left a small bottle of bubbly and two bottles of water in the fridge, which was a lovely welcoming touch. The location was brilliant for St Ives, we had a parking space and the local pub was an easy stroll from our accommodation.

We're so glad we found this studio to book. It was modern, clean, we had everything we needed for our holiday. The free parking by the door is a big bonus staying in St. Ives where parking is normally a trouble. Very good value for money, would recommend to everyone and would come back myself when in area. The location is perfect to reach the main touristic areas around.

The property was immaculate . The location was 5 mins in a taxi to st ives. The owner went above and beyond to make the property for my partner’s birthday. I sent her a banner, balloons and petals . She gifted a card and a bottle of wine.

The first impression was the lovely clean smell as we walked into the property. Access was really easy and we entered via a key left in a key code box. Everything in the property was clean and of really good quality. The bonus welcome pack and doggie basket with blankets was a lovely gesture. Everything worked properly and was very comfortable. The shower room was immaculate and the owners had thought of everything including handwash, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, tea towels and bath towels. Nothing was left out and it had all been thought through to make our holiday relaxing and easy. The property is 1.5 miles outside St. Ives and just opposite the road and down a bit there was a lovely holiday camp which was quiet, clean and make a lovely evening walk as well as being the local bus stop for the bus into town. There were lovely views over the countryside which made for a lovely evening walk with our dog. I would recommend getting the bus into Str Ives as parking can be a nightmare when you get into the town and the bus is really cheap and regular. I would definitely stay again, we bumped into the owners as we were leaving and they were such lovely people, nothing was too much trouble.

To enter anything here I am just nitpicking because everything was so lovely. But, the shower head was put rather high up the wall which made the water flow rather weak by the time it got to us (we are only 5ft 4in). The property is on the side of the road in a small rural village so the bus route goes past the property which was a little bit noisy in the evening but not enough to complain about as it was not too constant and if you are taking your dog be careful to keep them on a lead until off the road as there are no pavements to walk and the holiday camp opposite does have traffic coming out in the morning and later in the day, but again not really a problem, just be aware if you have an over enthusiastic pet!

It was spotlessly clean and really well decorated! It had everything you needed and more in such a lovely location with st ives minutes away by car. We could not fault this property! Would highly recommend it and will love to stay here again !

I liked the location and the practical size of the space, i thought it was good value for money

I didn't think i would need 4 nights because it would be too much, i wish i had done as it was a great location and very comfortable

The studio is amazing would definitely recommend to anyone. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and can't wait to return. Very clean & modern studio with everything you need. St Ives is a short bus journey from the campsite 2 mins walk from studio. Easy to access & parking outside studio which is perfect.

Amazing find, exceptional studio everything you would want & more. Definatly the cleanest most comfortable place we have stayed in (and we are picky) very high standard. Private off road parking. Great location for St Ives & surrounding area. Good bus service into town for less than £5 fot two adults. Good communication at all times with host👍 Would highly recommend to family/friends 10/10.
