GBLocation excellent. Away from all the noise of St Ives but five minutes drive away from main car park with a shuttle bus down to the harbour. Great. Apartment really tastefully furnished to a high standard. Everything there that you needed. We will rebook for next year. Thoroughly recommend it.

GBVery cleverly designed small space. Clean. Nicely presented. Nice touch with the wine for our arrival. Fabulous hot shower. Comfortable.
We would have really appreciated some tea or coffee for when we arrived/ first thing in the morning. As the kitchen was well provided, it seemed odd that we couldn't use the coffee machine due to lack of pods. We travelled a long distance and would have picked some up had we have known. Maybe this was an over sight, as the rest of the facilities were lovely. Though the cushions looked fabulous with the design, they took up a bit too much room when we moved them off the bed. We couldn't use the small chairs and coffee table as we had to stack them there. This left is feeling quite cramped after a few days.

Friendly neighbours who were ready to help with questions Nice to be out of town with good bus services and lovely walk down into St Ives (caught the bus back mind you 😂😂) Fantastic pub a few doors down which does a great brekky (we didn’t try the main menu but by all accounts it’s good) Parking space (which is prime in St Ives)
No privacy as both windows directly onto walkways so blinds shut all the time TV would only play iPlayer unless you had your own Netflix/Prime/Apple etc account No welcome tea/coffee/milk just ONE individual ‘Sparkling Perry’ drink (between two of us) - tea and coffee would have been more welcome. Also I never understand why if there is a specific coffee machine, in this case a Tassimo, that there are no welcome pods! No outside space just a ‘smokers bench’ which is on the main road Nasty smell in the bathroom which permeated to the living area if the door not shut Two arm chairs were not comfortable
GBLovely studio everything you need is provided and lovely location 2 seconds away from hasletown inn and lovely local food was amazing....bus stop to st ives very near and easy to do .... beds comfortable shower good and a nice relaxed stay .... nothing bed to say went extra mile for special bday also send banners etc and will ensure look nice on arrival

AUThe property was clean.
The property was not in St Ives as advertised. There was insufficient toilet paper. There was no body lotion or shampoo to shower with or laundry detergent for the washing machine. There was an iron but no ironing board. The television did not work. There was no guidance to operate the CD player.
GBImmaculately clean, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable homely stay. Loads of cushions, blankets, cookware, storage – so many lovely touches. Well-arranged and good-sized studio. Perfect stay.
Worth being aware that it’s a quiet location up the hill from St Ives! But easy to get to by hourly bus, cheap taxi or a 30-min walk, and I appreciated the peace.
