Modern City Centre Flat

The place was easy to access with the key codes and was a walking distance to the university. Room was clean and welcoming.

Due to the closed bridge, traffic was very heavy and loud. We had to close all the windows to be able to sleep.

Loved the location and the easy access to bus routes. Dishwasher and washing machine were a really good added extra! The bed was extreme comfortable.

General cleanliness was not good at all. Old rusted plugs that did not work or no plug at all. Shower was mouldy and the drain cover was loose and filthy. I slipped on the loose cover and fell. I informed the property but nothing was done. The couch was stained and dirty. The dust behind the bed was awful and caused me to have hay fever everyday. The iron did not work properly. The extractor fan did not work at all. I informed the property but nothing was done to fix it.

only had less than half a roll of toilet paper for 15 nights stay. needed to buy my own. no tea towels. only a few disposable paper hand towels.

The location was ideal

The room is not as big as portrayed in the picture, it doesn't have a real kitchen that you can cook in. The 'kitchen', is a microwave, a fridge and the sink. I had to make a personal request for a stove and they were kind enough to provide that with some pots.

good location

apartment above playing music until 6am even though it is supposed to be quiet from 10pm-8am. You can hear every footstep from the apartment above. Main front door had no lock so anyone could walk into the apartment block and our door was right on the entrance so didn’t feel secure at all.
