Location and space.

Poor interaction from hosts, I had one no responded message about the heating system. There is no attention for detail, drawers and cupboards were dirty and the dishes were left in the dishwasher. I consider it a poor customer service.

good location, though the walk into town was longer each time!

our room was in the front and was quite noisy. overall it was clean but with notable exceptions. the bathroom light was motion sensor which was quite disturbing at night time
