Group-Friendly 3BR Home with Garden Near Swansea Beach

The beds are so uncomfortable, definitely ready for changing mattresses. The bathroom also needs some attention!

It was stress free checking in and the property was clean and equipped with all necessary utilities

A bit of an old house so there was 1 toilet and it had water and mold marks in some places.

The house has a great layout and location is good for the town centre and Mumbles. There was more than sufficient space for our belongings. The shower is great. The kitchen is really lovely. The outside space was a good size and private.

The carpets and sofa upholstery weren't clean. The bathroom would benefit from a complete refit as it is dated and the grouting is very tired. The bedrooms would be more welcoming if repainted. The lamps in two of the bedrooms didn't work. There were some problems, however, once we spoke to support they sent maintenance and they were addressed. We would return if the changes were made.

Very convenient for us all

There was plenty of space and modern fixtures. Good for a larger family group. Very quiet area at night and clean bedding, towels and furniture. Hosts were very communicative.

The mattresses were poor quality and uncomfortable. Kitchen was dark, Cooker hob didnt work that well. No bars/restsurants in the immediate area so I recommend you have a car.

Excellent stay, property was really clean and communication was excellent

Spacious living room, loaded kitchen, a small backyard, accessible to stores and restaurants (5 min walkable). Can easily accommodate 5 ppl. Good supporting staff. They can respond to your calls.

While it is overall a good place, there are no extra towels. I stayed here for 4 nights and five days . Certainly expected additional towels. Not sure if they are available with advanced notice.

The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with families living nearby. It was peaceful after hours and early mornings didn't feel busy outside. There is a small convenience store 5 minutes walk away where you can get some basic groceries. Beautiful Singleton Park and Swansea Botanical Gardens are just a 20-minute walk east from the house and Clyne Gardens is about a 10-minute drive west. You can also walk to the beach but since we were with two kids we drove there. Paid parking is easy to find and if you don't mind walking a bit you can park for free on the streets but space could be very limited. We found this house to be very convenient as a base for exploring South Wales as most locations we wanted to visit were within 2-hour drive at most. We found a couple of wonderful mobile coffee spots in the parks hosted by amazing people and they always make your day. The house was simple, neat, and clean. We found everything we needed for our stay. We stayed there for one month and some things could be improved to accommodate a longer-term rent, but if you're there for just a few days this place is perfect. There is a private garden in the back and a parking space out front. There was a cute neighborhood cat that visited us daily and our children adored it. The management was very polite and responsive in our communication. We appreciate that our concerns were resolved promptly. We recommend this accommodation to any traveler.

We found the old spring mattresses to be uncomfortable for adults. I hope the owners will update them to provide quality restful nights for guests and bring this accommodation to a higher standard.

Clean and quite place with parking, well equiped kithchen with dishwasher and washing machine
