"Family vist"

The location is excellent, close to Portsmouth Historic dockyard and the city. The apartment was a good size for the six of us.

The communal area was not very inviting- discarded table and suitcase and rubbish in the corridors. Some of the beds were uncomfortable- the two singles in the main bedroom and small double bedroom

Location is excellent for visiting the local attractions. The host was very friendly and accommodating, thank you Paul! The apartment was comfortable & clean, and we would definitely be booking again should we visit Portsmouth in the near future.

"Perfect Position for the Dockyard and Quay shopping"

The property was in an excellent location for the Historic Dockyard, only a 5 minute walk, Gunwharf Quay was only a 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and eateries very close. Two parking spaces was a real bonus. Two bathrooms were handy for 3 bedrooms. The host was quick to answer my communications. Access was easy and the host allowed us one parking space earlier than check in so we could explore the town.

We stayed for 3 nights in January. 4 adults and 2 children, and in all that time we had no hot water anywhere in the apartment. Although the host responded to all my communications quickly, nothing was done to resolve the water issue and we agreed on a mutual level of compensation. However I had to rate as poor due to this which is a shame because I would highly recommend the actual apartment. There was also not enough kithen equipment/cutlery. Only 4 knives and 4 forks 5 spoons. There was wine glasses, tumblers and plates and there was a cafetiere and a large selection of frying pans and saucepans. But that was it, there was no bowls, jugs or any equipment for food preparation or serving. We only cooked breakfast but that was a challenge. So a poor rating is for lack of hot water, having to bath the children by filling up kettle after kettle of hot water, cold water hairwash and showers for the adults and sharing culterly, lack of basic kitchen equipment. If there was hot water I would highly recommend for space, position and parking

The accommodation is in a great location with the added parking which is a great bonus The apartment very tastefully decorated , spacious and clean . Quiet . Loved it

There is nothing to dislike If I had to say anything that was less than perfect then for us we would have liked another full length mirror .
