"Superb location for historic dockyards"

Superb location for the historic dockyards - 5 minute walk, local restaurants and shops. Very comfortable, 3 good size bedrooms, lounge/kitchen, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space.

"Fabulous apartment in a great location"

The apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location close to shops and restaurants. 2 parking spaces was a welcome addition. The host was fab and very communicative. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Portsmouth.

"Excellent apartment in a very convenient location."

The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and clean. Although in a residential area, it was very quiet in the evening and overnight so we could have the bedroom windows open. Just a short walk to the historic dockyard and a little further to the waterfront area around the Spinnaker Tower. Also convenient for the transport hub. Plenty of eating options nearby. We had a problem with the hot water, but we contacted the host and it was rectified.

The lobby area for the apartment complex was dirty and initially gave us misgivings. Thankfully these were allayed once we got in the apartment and during our stay.

The location of the apartment was fabulous and everything well equipped clean and tidy. The two parking spaces were also a godsend
