Luxustay Milburn House

It was clean and tidy. Well furnished.

The kitchen cupboards needed attention. No plug in sink or washing up bowl. Kitchen utensils, bowls very limited

Easy access. Good comms with host. Very spacious appartment. This was the first time I'd stayed at an appartment option with Booking.Com and it exceeded expectations.

Good parking, close to the shopping centre and had nice sized bathroom and hot water.

Was only given 1 pillow to sleep on and it was very flat. Didn’t have a good nights sleep.

Breakfast N/A, self catering. Location was good for Bletchley Park and the M1

We had to wash cutlery prior to using, two of the dining table chairs had a dodgy legs. It would be useful to have shelf/basket in the shower for soap/shower gel/shampoo/etc, there were coat hooks in the bathroom. We were on the 1st floor and unfortunately the lift was out of order. We didn't receive a confirmation of my ID photo sent as requested and did not receive the entry code until 16:46, when it was stated it would be 16:00. There was no contact telephone number, this should have been given 2 days before. There was no plug in the kitchen sink to hold the water, there was also a fault with the wall socket for the toaster. There was some common kitchen utensils, table spoon, serving spoons & sieve, not available. The hop was not clean.

A very comfortable stay in a spacious and clean apartment with plenty of good facilities. The location was close to the train station and a Morrissons supermarket.
