The walls where awfully in need of decorating. The bathroom was rusty and dirty The back of bed was full of cobwebs and walls where dirty had black handprints on walls The place needs decorating

The code system for keyless entry was good once we became accustomed to it. The apartment was relatively roomy.

The lift didn't work. Not good for my wife's sore knees - thankfully only one floor up. The appliances, particularly the clothes washer dryer weren't easy to use for someone from another country (or else they didn't work properly). The way in which the guest is treated is completely impersonal and tech dependent. The location of the apartment in a block of other residential apartments, rather than a hotel complex is something we didn't expect, and weren't totally comfortable with, given all the other booking.com accommodation we booked for our holiday was holiday accommodation - is there a way to make this clearer in the advertising/promotion of the apartment?

Needed better pillows and quilt

The promptitude of the host. I made the reservation at 9 o'clock in the evening and considering that check-in hours were between 4 and 10:30, they were great in responding immediately back with the codes for the doors. The apartment is very spacious, a good size bathroom as well. The heating was on and the water pressure was amazing. Really hot as well. The refreshments basket was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. Lighting was good. Too bad that the apartment is not well maintained and cleaned. It would be worth the money.

Wasn't very clean. Dust all over the place, carpet in the bedroom full of spots. The drain from the shower was clogged and the water wasn't going down at all. So after a long trip all I wanted to do was to take a hot shower and get myself to sleep. I checked in at 10:30 pm and at midnight the last thing I wanted to do was to clear the drain in the shower which by the way was disgusting. I don't know how I held myself not to vomit all the way through it. I don't think it was cleaned in a very long time. The sheet on the bed had two spots of what appeared to be blood but it didn't look fresh and it was on the other side of the bed and in just one corner so I was able to sleep ok. The toilet seat had spots on and the toilet brush was disgusting. I don't think it's very expensive to replace it. I mean come on...Towels were washed but kinda worn out and grey. The ceiling from above the shower was full of mold and it gave a stale smell around the apartment. The handle from the bedroom window was broken and couldn't open at all. I could go on and on. Not really what I expected from the pictures. And definitely not at £182 for 2 nights. But I couldn't go anywhere else as that was my budget for the stay. Oh, and the apartment door was wide open when I first got there. The building seemed secure but still...And on top of that I'm missing one of my miniature perfumes that I had on me. I had it on the bedside night stand.
