Quiet, comfy, & pristine with many lovely little extras. Great value for money! I've stayed here more than once and despite a long time in-between my visits, the standard has remained consistent & above average.

Very clean and well presented home away from home, central Newmarket so was perfect for our day out at oddy on the polo field Oi Oi fully recommend and will be back again if the occasion arises :) the owners

Great host. Clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a couple of nights away from home for work. I usually stay in a Premier Inn but this came up as closer so decided on a break from the norm! Quiet cul-de-sac location. Great shower. Parking right outside. Made a world of difference to have a kitchenette.
