Executive apartments, nr city centre with private parking

The location was perfect, right in the town centre of Plymouth and good for exploringthe area, the apartment was OK for what we needed, 2 nights away. Beds were clean and towels provided. Good size kitchen area, although we were never in to use it, just ate out, plenty of choices around. Lovely big walk-in shower. I Had to ask the local residents how to get round to the back to park, and they were very helpful, as theres bollards sectioning parts of the back lane off, but we managed in the end and I was glad we had secured parking with locked gates.

I couldn't really complain about the place, but the only thing I could suggest would be, the paint work could do with freshening up and a humidifier is definitely required, there's no ventilation in the place at all, no windows in the living area (sky light which does nothing)or bathroom, so it got quite stuffy. There's an awful damp smell when you come through the door, and it's not pleasant. We kept the back door open whilst we were sitting to let some airflow as everything felt damp when you sat on it. It was extremely warm outside, too, which probably didn't help. The bed is a good idea in the living area, but a fold away sofa bed would give more space. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the noise from upstairs, people banging until after 11 pm. at night. I'm not sure what they were doing, but it was annoying. I did message the owner at the time, but I never got a reply, which is disappointing.

Well equipped. Ice in the fridge was well received. Very clean.

The double bed was a small for 2 adults, no daylight in the living area. Bathroom was cold.

Central to town. Very clean. Good value for money. Bathrooms and bedrooms were great. Facilities were excellent. Owner was helpful and lovely.

The damp smell in the down stairs rooms. The fiddling with the key safes.

It's a loverly place clean everything you need pleasantly surprised has security gates on front so no one can get in

Only fault was carry cases up stars but knew this before booked

It was beautiful and clean really nice decor all the amenities great location had security gates could not fault it would recommend to anyone

There were a lot of cobwebs on all lighting and windows haven’t been cleaned in a long time with black mould. There was no where to stores our clothing apart from hanging rails. The shower has a lot of of black mould.
