The owner, Caroline, couldn't do enough for us. She told us the best places to go in Plymouth. The fatalities in the flat were just what we needed. When we got there, one of the remotes for the televisions was missing, and Caroline went out the next day and bought another one. The city centre was only a 10 minute walk and had all that we needed. There was an aldi just over the road, which was very convenient.
