"Excellent location, lovely apartment. Stressful start."

Excellent location, parking spot, little touches such as the telescope, very clean.

It was a little chilly, heaters locked on temperature and not very effective. Would not book Host and Stay property again. Stressful start to the trip due to not receiving deposit links which meant no check in instructions either. Had to chase via messages and then phone them whilst on-route to request check in instructions. Deposit company is a third party requiring personal details and there is an unexpected nonrefundable charge for using it.

Very clean. Close to Whitby and parking was a bonus. The views from the apartment were outstanding. We will definitely stay here again!

The views were amazing Can’t fault anything about the accommodations See below

The instructions to heating was inaccurate There was no radiation in hallway, so was cold. Would be nice to have a night light in hallway between bedroom and bathroom

Great location, great apartment with views, underground parking was a bonus, had everything we needed to make a great base. Will be booking again, would definitely recommend.
