Copper House in Liverpool

A lovely, lovely lady met up with us at reception, she showed us how to get to our room, any information that we needed, she showed us round the room. She also showed us the roof terrace and stated that we could access it if we wanted to. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so bubbly and passionate about what she did. Would definitely come again if the room is still available!

every thing was perfect the location , the size , the cleaneess , a full kitchen with washer , dichwasher , toaster , oven , coker and cofee frinsh press and the stuff are so polite and helpfull . the appartment has 2 bathrooms .

the booking's guests are forbbiden of using the roof , the gym , the garden and the business lounge becase booking dosent pay for maintenance . the appartmment has no TV

Great location, nice people to deal with.

It is an apartment for 4 but there were only 3 mugs, knives and other kitchen items.

Spacious, two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a kitchen and lounge. I’m surprised this apartment doesn’t have a better rating, as it exceeded our expectations! (There weren’t any photos of the kitchen or lounge in the listing, so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived!) The apartment was clean and the beds were comfy. Really nice bathrooms. The receptionist was very helpful! The apartment is in a great location near the Liverpool docks, shops and bars.

A TV would have been great!

Unfortunately nothing

We cannot recommend this accommodation in any case. The room and bathroom were not sufficiently cleaned, so we had to clean first and remove a lot of hair and dirt. It was noisy in the bedrooms as the windows did not close properly. The furniture is old and often used. It was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience to stay there, the location close to the water could not compensate for that.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and collected the key from security staff at reception. We had read reviews before arriving & knew to bring extra towels & that there was no TV. Wi-fi code was on the router in the cupboard behind the entrance door to the apartment. Apartment was clean & tidy.

There was only 1 key fob for the room. The envelope with the key fob didn't include any wi-fi instructions. There was no TV in the apartment. Would have been useful to have a dust pan & brush.

Location, cleanliness and security of building . Bathrooms were nice but no loo rolls.

As a residential building not suitable for a short week’s break. Apartment ruined our break after a long hard school year we spent most of the week contacting booking.com. Booking.com suggested we speak to the managers of the apartment who passed the buck to booking.com. No one was willing to help us resolve the issues. There were minimal amenities in room for a self contained apartment. No TV, only 3 mugs, 3 glasses, 2 spoons, no spare duvet. No loo rolls etc very basic. So you can imagine how we spent time resourcing for basics upon arrival. Double beds were no where close to being double sized . One of us had to sleep on the worn out settee which was gross. Due to no spare duvet we had to use a towel for sheet. The evenings were uncomfortable as there was only one settee to allow two people to sit. Being three of us we couldn't sit and chill. We had to spend evenings around the small dining table which was extremely uncomfortable. Lounge aeea a disappointment. We missed out on a week’s TV, no love island or news or our favourite soaps. No one was willing to help resolve our issue. At least three mornings were of the week we spent trying to sort out our accommodation concerns. Not suitable for a self contained apartment for a short break. We have wasted a lot of money on this apartment.
