On booking.com the facilities of the apartment included a microwave There wasn’t one which was quite inconvenient as we stayed 6 stays so using the kitchen as opposed to eating out all the time was a must. Also we thought there would be a TV but there wasn’t

My keys were ready for me upon arrival; It took minutes to check in and collect the keys

It lacks a TV, air conditioning and microwave; the sound proofing was not OK.

Location, easy and super fast check in and check out, fully equipped huge apartment, comfy beds.

The absence of a television, microwave, and housekeeping services certainly affects the overall experience. If these amenities were provided, the rating would undoubtedly be a perfect 10/10.

How central it was

Brilliant position, clean, spacious, secure. Wonderful views.

Limited kitchen utensils, no washing up liquid and no TV. Minor issues compared to the positive aspects - but did mean we had to improvise at times.

Excellent location.

More pillows. Apartment very clinical lacked warmth very little soft furnishings. No television which was not a big issue but if you had younger family this would not be ideal situation.

Beautiful apartment and a gorgeous view of the docks , location so central and the staff amazing helpful and very friendly

Nothing at all we all had a super time

THE GOOD The location is second to none, very well appointed with a shopping centre steps away. The apartment had a view over the Mersey and the docks. The staff was very pleasant. The building is rather secure.

THE BAD The apartment was very spartiate with the bare minimum. Good kitchen with only plates, cups, basic flatware etc... All painted white without a touch of colour may that be pictures, paintings, etc... the place is dull and very clinical. THE UGLY No television, no radio, no microwave oven, no rugs. Not even lamp shades, bare light bulbs!!! No kitchen items such as a bottle opener, can opener, oven glove, etc... No interim cleaning (and no cleaning equipment) nor linen change during the stay. When staying 6 weeks as we just did, the last point impairs the enjoyment quite deeply. The positive comments we had seen surely come from short stay clients needing a place to crash. This property is WRONGLY marketed: IT WAS NOT the holiday accommodation we have been accustomed to with booking.com but rather an offer from a real estate agent. It would be ideal for someone moving long term to get the basics to start and make it their own. We will not return under any circumstances FOR A HOLIDAY.

Excellent location, walking distance to all the major sights. Very clean apartment with friendly staff to welcome us and show us to our door. Clean fresh bedlinen and towels in very clean bathrooms and bedrooms.

A pity there was no TV, microwave, or hairdryer.
