Fabulous location looking over docks. Very clean and 3 bedrooms ideal for our party size. Staff all very helpful. Yinka gave us a great introduction to apartment.

Minor issue but could do with a full length mirror and a hair dryer.

Everything was great. Location was prime (it was also a 1min walk away from Tesco Express), the premise and house was exceptionally clean and neat, and the hosts and security guards at the lobby were incredible. Notably - Yinka, Risha and Tara.

Some basic provisions like kitchen towels, tissue paper and cooking oil for example would be helpful, although I acknowledge that these are not mandatory items for some folks.

Location is excellent with views over the Albert Dock and the flat was large.

The kitchen did not have a single cleaning cloth, just a tea-towel.

Destination and outlook was amazing so close to docks and main attractions.

The apartment is very basic.Although it sleeps 12 has only a 2 seater sofa and 1 chair, we were party of 4 meaning 1 person had to sit at table. No TV. No extra in kitchen facilities ,on 3 pots no frying pan, no oven or microwave dishes. Microwave not working. No cleaning equipment to mop or brush floors. No lamp shade on ceiling light in en suite room. Toilet seat in en suite room wonky. Shower tray in ensuite need drained cleaned takes long time for water to run away, offensive odour in room , no extractor fan working. Only 2 pillows onbed no extra pillows. No mattress or pillow protectors. Missing homely touches.

Great location, beautiful views, airy comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff.

Shower in en suite room very slippery when wet, Mum having recently had a hip replacement it was dangerous for her. Plug in bath didn't fit, had to go and buy one.

The location is perfect and very convenient. It’s a large 3 bed apartment with all the space you could need.

There are no cooking utensils at all in the apartment. No sharp knife to cut or not even a salt and pepper shaker. No ice tray or anything.

Making the booking was a nightmare. The ridiculous performance with QR codes & photos was beyond a joke. The apartment was clinical - not a picture or coloured cushion to add life to it. And the microwave didn't work & couldn't be fixed until after we left. And there were no cupboards or drawers for clothes. That resulted in me leaving clothes in one of the kitchen drawers when we checked out.

The staff was outstanding friendly and helpful. We had a great time!🙏
