Excellent location, very easy to collect keys from Restaurant, flat nice and warm on arrival (during this mega cold snap), plenty of space. Beds comfortable and everything you need in the kitchen.

Wifi is a bit hit and miss - it stopped working during the evening so no TV streaming possible

De locatie is erg goed! Het appartement ligt op een paar minuten lopen van het centrum en eetgelegenheden. Het is een compleet appartement dus best veel ruimte. Zeker aan te raden als je Canterbury voor een 1 of 2 nachtjes wilt ontdekken!

Om in het appartement te komen moet je de sleutel ophalen in een naastgelegen restaurant. Dat kan wat verwarrend over komen. Bij het uitchecken was het niet duidelijk gemaakt waar de sleutel naartoe moest. Gelukkig was hetzelfde restaurant al open en kon ik daar de sleutel weer inleveren. Helaas was het ook erg warm in het appartement en kon het moeilijk afkoelen door ramen op te zetten, omdat de ramen niet heel stevig zijn.

Excellent location, freshly decorated and nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast basket with water bottles provided.

Very noisy flat. Expected street noise but not the continuous loud buzzing noise out the back which could be heard through closed windows. Heard people going up and down the stairs in the restaurant below as well as music friends m neighbours. Had too open windows as flat was too hot. Needs fans and double glazing. Kitchen floor coming up, spoils updated look of the flat.

Scaldingly hot water from bath tap and hard to turn off. Tap seemed to distort once used. Dangerous especially for kids. Very noisy air con from back of building. Noise from street loud on Fri and Sat nights. Floor covering in kitchen bubbling up, a trip hazard. Couldn't get TV to work and no instructions. Wi-Fi didn't work in first bedroom although it said wi fi throughout. Would've liked another door key so we could come and go independently. Door at back of property left open so anyone could wander in. Grubby stair area. Worst Booking.com accommodation I've stayed in over several years.

It is spacious. Central location.

We had no contact to give us the info to check in and had to hunt down the right people to get the keys (it’s the Italian restaurant next door). None of the contact numbers worked - tried multiple times including texts and emails. The way the building had been divided up means that one of the bedrooms is split off what sounds like a store room and ventilation from the restaurant, so it is noisy and there are restaurant smells. There was no hot water - and no response to any calls for help (we eventually worked out how to turn on the boiler but it took hours to heat up). The washer in the shower tap had gone and so water was flowing continuously. The beds are small and mattresses soft. It was hot, no fan, and the location is VERY noisy! We hardly slept.
