"A very well appointed property. Excellent for access to north Manchester hospital and the city. Good, safe parking."

It was very well positioned for the hospital we needed to access and the city. Also easy to get to from outside Manchester. It was very clean. Contact with the owner/manager was very quick and easy.

Couldn’t shut the toilet/bathroom door. Curtains didn’t cover the windows properly, so light was an issue in the bedrooms.

ended up having to stay in another apartment rather than the one we had actually booked for but still great facilities and very homely

only thing to note is the door to the upper most bedroom self locks once shut so if you were to accidentally leave the keys upstairs youd have to get someone out

The property was hot

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. The property made me feel unsafe as there were this locks on the door that didn’t work, the shower was broken so we was unable to shower. we felt unsafe during our whole stay. properly owner entered the property without knocking

Location. Quiet area and not too fat to the city center

The flat was uncared for and old. Everything was falling apart. The heaters looked 40+ years old. Shower broken, light in the bathroom broken, holes is walls, loose flooring, nasty old linen that’s been washed so many times it lost all colour.

it was spacious and had a nice layout, with 3 beds

the door was off the hinge, shower handle fell off, bathroom had 2 doors with no locks, neighbours were too loud
