I liked everything the accommodation was not an issue other than a slight trip hazard from living room to bedroom.

My partner and I woke up at we thought was 7am as we turned the TV on. As if happens it was 11am and check out was then. Obviously we were not rushing to get out of there that early. I went for a shower only to have a knock at the door a very aggressive knock as I went to answer the door the guy who I'm sure was the cleaners partner started screaming at me and went at me I'm like 8st and 5ft so very small so this frightened the living hell out of me. I reported this to the owner who's reply was well I find that hard to believe and hung up on me as I said I want a refund for the anxiety and stress that caused me after coming out of an extremely abusive relationship!!! I've still not complained yet to booking.com and probably should but more than anything I'd like other potential guests to know what they may face if that guy is there!!!
