The Walnut Suite lovely one bedroom flat in Stoke.

The location was perfect for us. It was easy to access with coded entry panel.

The apartment, particularly the kitchen area was not clean at all. The welcome pack stated that there was a complimentary bottle of milk in the fridge, however, all we found in the fridge was dirt from previous visitors. The kitchen worktop even had crumbs from the toaster which hadn't been cleaned up before we arrived. The spec for the aprarment also stated that there was a sofa-bed, however, there was not. the only alternative bed was a camp bed, which had definitely seen better days!

Me and my partner could not stay here:( soon as we got there it felt untidy. And dirty it was cold with no heating or hot water out of the taps or radiators . There was a massive spider on the curtain. We both could not stay here. We left the first night as it was so cold .

Heating wasn't working so it was like ice in there It was dusty everywhere and a little bit of mould Not cleaned The fridge wasn't cleaned The hobs were cracked they need changing Even took photos and a video on my phone with how bad it really was

Good facilities - kitchen, washing machine, en-suite with all of the required amenities. Comfortable bed.

This is definitely an older property and wasn’t very clean. It’s okay for a short stay for work but definitely not a holiday or more than 2 people.

Self contained with very convenient access.

Parking is a hassle but not too bad.

Quiet location with shop close by. Plenty of space for 2 people. Everything functional.

No instructions for hob available. Access via steps inconvenient for getting cycles off the street.

Good size space and had really everything you need for a few days. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Parking wasn’t that bad and it’s free.

Sofas a little small for an evening in and comfortable for more than an hour or so.

Nothing near for kids

Rained continuously so couldn't get out to explore. Unit was wonderful.
