Although the apartment was clean, roomy and nice, it is located above a night club that had loud music and loud drunk people until after midnight. I could not sleep because it was so loud.

The apartment was even better than the pictures. Beautifully appointed. Pristine. Lovely touches, like the creamers for hot drinks.

It would have been a perfect score, but for the noise from the club below was horrific. It wasn't open on Sunday when we arrived. On Monday night, even the earplugs that were supplied and a pillow over my head couldn't dampen it. My sister needed to get up at 5.30 am for hair and make-up for a dance competition. Luckily the club closed early at 12.30 rather than 3am. Also, we had a big problem with the digital lock.

We were going to a show at The Grand theatre so location for that was fab and just a stones throw from North Pier. However the location is also the reason for the serious noise! The apartment is over a bar and next door to a night club, so it was insanely noisy until about 2am (we stayed Saturday night). The apartment is finished to a super standard and is really lovely. We were 2 couples so had a room and bathroom each. The lounge and kitchen is great for socialising and relaxing and although we didn’t eat in, we noted how exceptionally well equipped the kitchen was for anyone staying longer or wanting to cater in. The beds were super comfy and the whole place was spotless. A great standard apartment as long as you are prepared for the noise at night, we would highly recommend!
