Great property, very easy and efficient process from booking to checking in and checking out. Great Central Location and apartment was spectacularly clean.

"Perfect location"

Myself and a group of friends booked overnight as we were going to see the musical Six at the Winter Gardens then we had a meal booked at La Fontana.Perfect location for all venues.Excellent accommodation,lovely and clean, facilities very good.

No negatives on our visit. The check in app information I was sent on Booking.com did not work when I tried to log in.When I contacted the owners they were very helpful and accommodating.

"Excellent"

The apartment was good. Great position right next to the north pier. Yes, it was noisy, but this was explained in the description. We knew it was going to be loud when we saw the complimentary ear plugs. Nice eating and drinking place a minute away across the road. One bedroom with one double bed, the other bedroom with two double beds. If eating in, the table can only fit four. There are six flights of stairs to tackle when going in and out. The apartment was very clean.

Slight downs, but not major. The door app is a bit hit and miss especially on the apartment door. Could not get the towel radiator to work in the first shower room. Both of these could just be us. The blind in the first bedroom needs fixing. Was going to try but looks a bit flimsy so did not attempt. Now Booking .com. First time we have used these, and it will be the last. We searched for apartments WITH on site parking. Booking .com came up with quite a few including The Old Bank. Turns out it does NOT have on site parking. Bit of a struggle with the 84-year-old mother-in-law. Also cost me £26 to park. This is false advertising. Why advertised with on site parking when there is none.

"Fabulous 2nd stay."

This is the second time my 2 friends and I have stayed at the Old Bank Apartments. This time we were in a different apartment. Llast year was fabulous and we were hoping that this time would be equally as good. I have to say we were not disappointed. Location for our dance event in the tower was great as well as for eateries and shopping. The apartment was beyond perfect. Everything you could ask for and more! So well equipped, cosy, terrific showers, comfortable beds, and scrupulously clean.
