Excellent location and free parking

A few things weren’t working properly but good communication with staff.

Renovated, fully equipped with a nice decoration and wonderful views from the windows, the location is perfect and the access is easy, the building may be a bit old but it is not a problem, a parking card for the nearby garage is provided, the managers are very helpful, we recommend it.

Great duplex apartment in a central area. Everything was spotless and the hosts were very helpful.

As with all the other reviews, the outside aesthetics are not great but their corner unit is nice. Everything they have control over is updated. The neighborhood is a short 10-15 min walk to the Mile and appeared to be a safe, university area. There is a grocery store nearby. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

Even with 3 weeks notice of an early arrival, we were unable to get into the apartment more than a half hour early (330pm) or store our luggage in the apartment. Luggage storage at the train station is 10pounds/per piece of luggage/for 3 hours. Not any good options if you have an early arriving flight.

It’s Airbnb..no breakfast at all. We don’t even meet the host.

The inconvenience. So hard to get into the accommodation specially if you are having a heavy luggage. They should at least have someone meet the guest during check in, at least to give assist if needed.

Great views - Arthur’s Seat, Holyrood Park - sat in bed with cup of tea and a view of the coast - unexpected and lovely. Warm and welcoming flat - decent showers.

The stairwells were grotty with graffiti and adjacent flats not v attractive - but this was disclosed prior to travel. Neighbours quiet and no issues.

Brilliant location and surrounded by coffee shops and a close by convenience store Agnes was so prompt answering any questions. The visitors' book was fantastic.

Although the location is conveniently located a 9 minute walk from all major spots, there is no public transport. Which would have been useful for the kids. However, the visitors' book listed taxi numbers and the company we used city cabs were brilliant.

All of the interior was absolutely gorgeous, the views from the rooms was phenomenal, I absolutely loved this place.

There was an odd smell at the beginning of the trip but i let the owners know and they were very polite about it and said they would look into it after our stay.
