Holyrood Skyline Apartment

-The property owner was quick to respond -The location was excellent for our needs. -big space and convenient for bigger groups of people. -access to kitchen was useful -overall the place was tidy with many instructions provided in a big binder. -there was a small washing machine in the kitchen -the place was heavily scented with plug-in diffuser

-I was on a business trip and the damage deposit request the day before arrival surprised me and was inconvenient. it was challenging to validate my credit card payment with a different sim card as I wasn’t home anymore -bathroom floors were dirty but in the big book of instructions we were requested to keep towels white. Wiping water off the floor made towels dirty. - there’s no shower curtain in bigger bathroom (just small glass barrier) with awkward shower head. Instructions request to ensure no water gets on the floor to prevent leaks. A shower curtain would do well here. - lots of water leaked onto the floor in the bigger bathroom on day of arrival. the owner addressed it the next day. Turns out there was an issue with plumbing, which has been fixed while we were there. -smaller shower was TINY with broken useless shelf on the wall that hurt our elbows -washing machine in the kitchen washes clothes very poorly (handwashing would be better and quicker)

Apartment is very stylish and tidy. Kitchen is well-equipped and modern. Smoothly self check-in. Good location nearby city center.

The entrance to the building could use some work but the apartment itself was great

Near city centre ✔️ Superp view ✔️ Very nice kitchen ✔️ Clean ✔️ Good for a family and we all enjoyed our stay 😊 Very very good guide and info in the booklet in the flat 👍 We felt very welcome in the flat and our kids loved our stay in the flat.😊

Poor air cirkulation in bathroom/ toilet. Some of the chairs and living room table needs a handyman/ woman to tighten the screws or redo with new screws. Especially the living room table is unstable. We had a similar problem with own table at home and changing the screws to coach screws made a huge difference in stability. Should be an easy fix. 😊 And the sink in the small bathroom needs to fix a small drip in the trap below the sink. Again an easy fix 😊

Clean. Good location to Arthur’s seat snd royal mile.

Noisy neighbours up till 4am laughing and yelling. Needs more toilet paper. A family of 5 needs more than one and half rolls.

I liked the location as it is near princes street, the apartment itself was so pretty and clean, literally just like the picture. Moreover, the staff were so nice! I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them in a timely manner and with alot of patience
