Good location and ample parking

The apartment Could do with a deep clean.There was no frying pan or cleaning products which made things difficult.

Excellent location. Property was easily accessible, relatively clean & good size. Good price for school holiday booking.

Property could do with a bit of a face lift. Only there for 2 nights so not really relevant to us, but the washing machine was broke. Could be an issue to someone staying there longer.

Location, helpful contact, kettle not working when we arrived but quickly changed. Price good. Parking good.

Basics - maybe a note on your itemisation should state - bring your own if wanting to cook.

The apartment was very clean well equipped and like home from home. Lovely location and would recommend to anyone. Will definitely go back to this apartment it's beautiful

Location close to beach and local sights. In its own community with local pub and convenience store.

One of the challenges are always staying warm which was not the case here which was good but you have to manually control the thermostat in the main bedroom to ensure it doesn’t get too hot.

The accommodation is of a good size and layout with comfortable furniture and the bonus of two bathrooms. The rooms were well furnished and sufficient for a short stay

I have stayed a number of times at The Bay in a number of different properties. This was the most disappointing. The key safe is difficult to open and perhaps needs renewing. A sanitary towel/panty liner had been left in the waste bin in the main bathroom and there was a lot of dust on the floors and in the runner on the shower in the ensuite suite bathroom. Not huge issues, but disappointing nevertheless. Unusually, there were no toilet rolls, washing up liquid or dishcloths for use. Again, not a huge problem as we went out and bought some. My sister went to lower the shower head in the ensuite and the whole thing came away from the wall. I tried to fix it back but the fittings were corroded and I could not get it back. I rang the number on the Booking.com site and also in the information booklet on site. The number came up as an address in Scarborough and was unobtainable. I therefore messaged on the Booking website. To be fair I received a quick response advising that the managing agent would be contacted, but surprised Dee that I had not rung as the number is available...it wasn't. I think that the accommodation needs a coat of looking at to ensure that the cleanliness is up to standard and that everything is fit for purpose. Sadly, although the accommodation is a good size and well equipped, I would not book this one for my next trip to The Bay.
