The beds and cleanliness

Property was ideal for what we needed. WiFi was good. Close to the facilities & the beach It could have been cleaner there were marks on the bedding / carpet and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Housekeepers should be a bit better. Kitchen was a little tatty Overall however it was perfect for what we needed - close to the leisure facilities every time we tried to use the pool it wasn’t available - it was broken one day due to the boiler, the next day adults only )no fault of the owner , maybe a timetable in the apartment would be helpful.

Location, clean

Small things (that would be really easy fixes to make things a bit more comfortable) that could have been dealt with. No main light in small bedroom and one out in hall, shower screen seal falling off, bathroom blind broken, fridge door shelf broken, no washing up liquid, some key kitchen items missing, stained sofa (a steam would sort this). Can tell it is continuously rented out so not as cared for

Good location, quiet, spacious and warm!

Could have been cleaner bathrooms and floors not very clean, interior a little tired- en-suite light didn’t work, curtain pole in little bedroom hanging on. Parking on a night was a nightmare, didn’t get parked any night but could always find somewhere but no ideal when walking back in the dark with the kids

Property was in a great location and spacious and clean, only downside was no highchair which was stated to be included for our youngest and noisy bunk bed in smallest room

Location and facilities

There were lots of dog hairs in the rug and flooring but no vacuum to clean it up. Meant it was difficult to let our 10 month old baby play on the floor

Lovely mini break with the dogs. Perfect location for the beach. Accommodation was clean and had everything we needed thankyou

We often stay within the resort, and everything is well located with well maintained grounds.

Beds were very uncomfortable - the double mattress was incredibly firm and pillows lacked support. The washing machine is full of mould and dirty towels had been left in it so we couldn't use it. Glassware and cutlery was very grubby and needed re-washed. Door handles and curtain rails were loose and the place felt very tired. The apartment was ok overall but we wouldn't book it again. The Ensuite shower had a note to say it would be fixed during our stay, but this never happened.
