The property was well siruated with Aldi and Tesco local to the house along with transport links from Manchester Picadilly to Belle Vue. The house was very clean and all of the rooms were double, the smallest was a bit tight but we all had a double bed which was very comfortable. All rooms had a TV and a fan and the showers were very powerful and worked well Clean towels were provided in each room and the kitchen cupboard had the essentials which was perfect. Felt very safe and secure in the property with all gates lockable and not overlooked. The Deposit was refunded within 24 hours and communication is great.

Toilet seats were a little bit wobley

Mr Richard is a very nice man showing hospitality and hot welcoming, The view in the garden was amazing. The beds were comfy, if i had the chance to get back to manchester i would book the same property again.
