Beds very comfy.

Poor facilities in the kitchen- no baking trays, sharp knives or scissors. The oven was also very dirty inside.

Big , comfy bed .

Not so clean, no access to back garden, kitchen poor equipped.

It was near to were we wanted to be. Check in was easy

The duvet on the double bed was the size of a pillow case No bedside lights in two of the rooms

Location, size, had most facilities .

Booked for 4, equipped for 3, missing a blanket, towel and bottle of water for 4th person. AI Assistant when try get help no help available.

Home was light and airy, the ease in which they were able to access the home was fantastic. Easy to find and welcoming. Situated in a pleasant area of the town and a quiet street, with on sight parking.

The shower head came off and caused water to overflow on to the carpet, this was then documented as a 'flood' and cost me £80 for it to be 'repaired'. Yes the water was in deed on the carpet, that is not in dispute, and I did not contest it, however for it to be called a flood and evidence that this has occurred before on more than one occasion is simply money grabbing.

In some sort of pathetic attempt to ensure only 1 person stayed there, the double bed had only a small single quilt on it which kept falling off the bed as you move around in the night, i asked for this to be changed via text but nothing happened. There was no living room to relax in as it was locked and marked 'STAFF'. Only a few sheets of toilet paper & despite phoning & texting the owners no replies & no new toilet roll The student/office chair in the bedroom had a gas strut that would not stay up more than 2 minutes and was VERY uncomfortable. The bathroom had cheap wooden flooring which was clearly old and wearing out around the edges + rusty fittings. The bathroom sink was so tiny i could not put both hands under the tap to wash them, also when you brush your teeth you bang your head on the shelf above when rinsing out your mouth, there was paint flaking off the skirting & the bath tiles had clearly been repaired badly using what looked like silicon as a grout. The kitchen is tiny & the extractor covered in an oily dirty deposit which you get on your hands if you open it up. Kitchen units had been painted a long time ago as all around each handle the paint was worn away. whilst the kitchen cupboards where as clean as they could be, under the sink was showing just how old they are as the edges of the shelves were worn away that much lots of the chipboard was actually on show. Cooker so dirty i could write in the dirt. There is no gas certificate on show & the gas boiler was showing service due so who knows how long it was since it was last serviced as a rental its a legal requirement to be done! In the hall where a smoke detector had been removed there was a plug & wiring hanging down so if still live a potential for electric shock. There is a ring doorbell on the front door which is recording your image & they are monitoring your movements which without your consent is against GDPR rules.

Clean house and facilities

We're only provided a single duvet for a king-size bed, and when we asked for an appropriate duvet we were told they only had singles even though the publicity photos showed it fully made up. I think they couldn't be bothered to bring one. The conservatory and garden were locked, so you do not have access to the whole house in spite of being told we did.
