Lovely apartment

Тихий, спокойный район. Рядом Ботанический сад и Музей.

Микроволновка ужасно пахнула, даже после клининга ею невозможно было пользоваться.

Great location, clean. Well laid out

On arrival window left open so apartment was cold. Unable to switch heat on spontaneously- no instructions available at time.

Clean beautiful modern apartment. Excellent location with plenty of shops nearby. Excellent communication from host with simple check in and check out.

Street parking only but was able to find a space.

Absolutely nothing didn't even stay one night as when we got there the place smelt bad coming from the bathroom toilet wasn't clean black filth around the rim shower dirty cracked tiles stains on the floor

The mattresses were all stained with what looked like urine and blood were extremely old and needed to go in the bin and be replaced the duvets inside the covers were stained too absolutely disgusting. In the lounge the sofa cushions were so stained they had put a blanket on them, crumb tray in toaster not cleaned obviously for ages as some of the crumbs were mouldy chipped worktops oven not clean. Back in the bedroom the stool for the dressing table was grey but had stains all over it. Called the number to complain and explain that I would not stay in somewhere so unhygienic, who would not one bed was clean stained both sides. They were unhelpful and unprofessional said they would call me back but instead just sent a txt message saying there is nowhere else available even tho I said I wouldn't be staying at the property, tried calling the mobile number again and was ignored they didn't care and now I'm having to go through booking.com to try and get a refund from them they are scammers DO NOT RENT THIS DUMP !! No parking either I even sent all the pictures to them on text messages and the main company luxe (joke) on wattsapp and the company has blocked me on wattsapp I only want a refund had to leave there that night and book a hotel last min Malmaison Belfast who were very helpful getting us checked in so late midnight with our animals too. I booked another apartment Cordia serviced apartments which are alot better. I think it's disgusting of the property not to just give a full refund as I didn't stay one night which was not my fault as the place was so filthy and disgusting that company also rents out other apartments and I wouldn't recommend using them as if this one is that bad and the way they have behaved I would book else where.

The interior of this apartment was decent.

A bit of a dive on the exterior but clean and comfortable. This review is more so aimed at the people running it. Expect to have to pay silly fees. But the trip was ruined by the last minute cancellation by the company. The lead up to it was terrible too. All sorts of fees for accidental damage and then charging for cots which i personally think is disgraceful. That seems to have been thrown in for free because of the complete shambles they made of our booking being cancelled.
