Brilliant location. Lovely clean apartment. Comfortable.

The property was spacious, clean and modern. I also liked how we had secure entry.

I didn’t have any faults.

Pros: Great location, lovely living area with smart tv and comfortable beds.

Cons: the bathroom was filthy, the floor in particular, it smelt horrific and as there is no window it was impossible to air out. The kitchen cabinets were also filthy. Clearly sub standard cleaning staff or I suspect not enough time give to cleaning staff to turn the place over to an appropriate standard. I would not recommend given the lack of cleanliness. I also find the deposit situation odd.

The location is perfect for a lovely stay in Belfast. We were able to walk into the centre of town in 20 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Clean and very comfortable. Dog friendly. No problem getting access on arrival. Felt help and assistance available if needed. Would certainly book again for a weekend in Belfast.
