Modern Luxury Apartment, Sleeps 6, Best Location

Very pleasant! The person was always responding quickly and friendly

It was so cold the apartment, the rail to hang coats is too fragile, I hand my coat and handbag and felt down, have to pay en extra £100 for the total amount I paid after losing my deposit, I think was better to stay in a hotel.

Clean and central location and nice living room.

They charge a large damage bond up front and take the money - AND charge a €20 admin fee for the surcharge!!! I was extremely dissatisfied with this, I’ve never had to pay something like this prior to staying anywhere (we’ve stayed in 17 separate accommodations in the last five months alone) and I think charging a €20 non refundable fee to make this payment is all kinds of wrong. I wouldn’t stay here again due to this policy.

Late check in.

The apartment was lovely inside, exactly how photos portrayed. Checking in and out was so easy and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definately revisit.

I paid £100 as security deposit, which they never returned.
