Absolutely nothing rude staff do not know how to communicate

Everything looks like a brothel

Using it for first time and thankfully it was better than expected after some of the reviews elsewhere. Once you use it you will understand about the deposit and the need for it. This was the biggest concern but it was refunded within 48 hours of leaving absolutely no problem. The apartment is large & somewhat over furnished (eg 3 chairs in the bedroom!) but certainly clean and tidy and good vaue.

First time using this was an experience compared to staying at a staffed accommodation but once done I imagine any further use of it would feel more smooth. We didnt like the 1/2 inch high gaps under the 2 doors adjoining into the main stairwell & these need reducing and we also gave up with the tv but apart from this it was all fine. I was aware if its location and expected some noise from the surrounding bars so this wasn't an issue.

Evening can be a little more noisy due to bar nearby but didn’t bother me too much

They never gave me no towels to dry myself bathroom verry cold couldnt stay in front room as no telly in there when i phoned them up for some towels theu said someone would put them in my room but never recived any verry poor management

The view

They message you 3 hours before i was due to check in and threatened to cancel my booking and insisting that I pay them £150 security deposit. For a £45 bedroom and told they will refund about 14 days later if its left ok. The owners are rude, have zero customer care or any feelings. AVOID KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Well, Ive had slept soundly during my stay. Very comfy.

Though Ive already sent a message to them telling that the toilet light is busted, no action was done the next day.
