Nothing it was disgusting

There was rodents running around in the roof i move down a level the toilet wasn't fixed to the wall no toilet roll provided left next day and had to argue to get my deposit back

The location so close to the town There

There wasn't any towels No toilet paper No heating No WiFi Pubs blasting music and people shouting outside on the streets till 4am in the morning The fact I booked and there was no mention of a deposit Then told I had to pay an extra £20 to upgradeu room to the one I booked anyway else I'd be in a room with one bed with my children. Although I told them how many kids and beds I needed when I booked.. Wouldn't let me in to view the propery till I payed a deposit double the ammount the room came too. And the room was a mess so much damage it was unreal. We had no sleep and left a 7am The pictures wasnt the room.
