"Absolutely shocking that booking.com have anything to do with these disgusting people!"

Absolutely disgraceful that the host found it acceptable to bang on the front door at 10pm, whilst the children were trying to sleep, demanding a cash damage deposit or else vacate the property! All because THEIR bank returned the payment twice! Dodgy as anything and I would never return again even if I was paid!
