The fact they took my money and refuse me accsess

It had beds. It is very central to facilities. The wifi was good. The TV had accounts set up on it for a few free tv apps. It was amazing to see a still-functional antique boiler system.

Where to start...I'll do a walk through of the rooms as you come across them walking through. The bathroom door wouldn't close and the lock was broken on arrival. The toilet rocked and sunk backwards feeling like it would fall through to the room below with you on it. There was one roll of toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days, despite the description saying toilet paper was provided. The kitchen door when closed wouldn't open from the inside. The door handle snapped off in my hand leaving me trapped in there. The well-equipped kitchen had virtually no cutlery (3 knives, 2 forks, 3 teaspoons) or plates. Those that were there looked like odds and ends from a charity shop. The toaster was disgusting and the kettle full of limescale. The downstairs bedroom with the double bed had a tiny plug-in heater and a ceiling so low my son had to bow his head. The light-cord was missing most of its length. The main room had a large damp patch on the wall. This being the room the 3 children should sleep in. The bed was blocking the entrance to a cupboard that had an extremely soiled mattress in. The curtain pole was so flimsy we closed the curtains once and then left it alone in case it broke. The curtains need to be black-out curtains as the light from the street makes it feel like daytime even in the middle of the night. At night at the weekend, the bar opposite had loud music all night and people shouting and swearing into the early hours. There was also loud music through the day, most likely from the premises next door. We regularly had to walk past people from the same premises smoking drugs outside theirs and our building. Their description of the apartment is worryingly innaccurate - There is 1 tv. No tea or coffee maker. Only a kettle. There are no towels. There is no sofa bed. They are both normal sofas. There is only one bin in the whole place. None in the living room or bathroom and no access to a wheelie bin to dispose of the rubbish when full.

The staff was really nice and help full even came on found us when we was struggling to find the place. Plenty of space. 30 seconds away from the beach. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Really affordable and great value for money. Plenty of facilities ie toaster cooker kettles cookery. Tv was really good netflix Disney crunchyroll everything couldn't ask for more !

We found the apartment clean and tidy. The noise from the nightclubs nearby did not disturb us. Getting access to the apartment was straightforward and the communications with the host were excellent. Deposit was refunded back to us on the afternoon we departed. The lack of hot water was not an issue, and the electric shower was perfectly functional – probably best to bring your own towel – not enough provided. Given the price we paid, it was exactly what we wanted.
