Dirty smelly and dirty bed sheets, noisy outside until 2am

I would strongly advise families to avoid this property. The accommodation was completely misrepresented. The photographs and description failed to show the true condition of both the property and the surrounding area. On arrival, the street looked derelict, with rubbish, fencing, and groups of people loitering nearby. As a family arriving with children, we felt uncomfortable and intimidated immediately. The condition of the accommodation itself was unacceptable. The beds were absolutely filthy, and there was no way I could have allowed my children to sleep in them. The overall standard of cleanliness fell far below what would reasonably be expected from paid holiday accommodation. As soon as I arrived, I contacted the caretaker to raise my concerns. To his credit, he was sympathetic and appeared to understand why I was unhappy with the condition of the property. However, despite reporting the issues immediately, they were never properly resolved. To make matters worse, while trying to locate assistance on site, I walked into what I believed was an office, only to discover it was actually an apartment. The occupant told me he was smoking weed. While the individual himself seemed friendly enough, this further unnerved me as I was a woman travelling alone with two children and was already feeling uncomfortable about the location and environment. This property should not be marketed as family-friendly. Had the true condition of the location and accommodation been accurately advertised, I would never have booked it. The biggest issue has been the complete lack of communication. Attempts to contact the owners regarding my concerns and request a refund have been met with poor responses, delays, and a refusal to take responsibility. Communication across every platform, including messages and booking channels, has been consistently poor and frustrating. I feel this amounts to false advertising.

It was very basic,just somewhere to get your head down. Very comfortable bed. Central location. The shower/ bathroom was totally unacceptable. Water went out in to the room,so soggy carpet,had to use the 1 hand towel provided to try and stop water going in to the room. I would book again,as i have stayed before,but would definitely want a different room.

I did not feel safe at this property. I did not feel safe pulling up outside this property. There were clusters of groups on the road, and there was a lot of noise. I spoke to the owner, who convinced me that there would be someone to greet me. I reluctantly went to the door, 9.30 pm at night, no one answered - I could not get access. I tried to ring the owner again - no answer. It looks like a brothel. I messaged the owner and asked him for a refund as I booked it in good faith that, above all, I would feel safe - I DID NOT.

Close to the sea

Booked in with my 2 kids for a holiday was ment to have some really nice apartment with ensuit,bunkers and a kitchen. Checked in at 3 given a room with just a double bed and a toilet. In the 26 minutes that I was there I had workers come in to look at something and other guests walking into the room to check in l. I was only there for 26 minutes because I had to find something suitable for the kids , you know you cant have a adult and 2 children in 1 double bed with no shower for 3 days. I ended up in blackpool with a triple room with a shower for half the price.

I liked absolutely nothing right outside a pub that blasts music till 2 in the morning I got charged 15 pound extra to stop 2 hours earlier I did got told room was going to be cleaned it was not cleaned at all bugs no TV in the room no cutlery dirty dishes dirty floors dirty bedding staff are horrible too I needed 5 extra minutes for checkout I had a guy banging on the door my phone was broken so I didn't receive any calls then I'm getting a gob full of shit for having no TV in the room and having 5 more minutes spare crackheads are all over the place right outside the hotel I would not suggest this to anyone

I don't even stay at the hotel they tried to scam me £150 just to stay a night and still haven't got my £70 back
