Everything, tried to get £150 deposit off us was very rude on phone PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS THERE ARE SO MANY REVIEWS AND NOTHING IS BEING DONE ABOUT THIS SO I WILL BE CONTACTING YOURSELVES TO DISCUSS THESE ISSUES THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE.

Didn't end up staying there as when we saw how bad it was we decided to stay elsewhere. Broken fixtures, cobwebs everywhere and just overall very dirty and unkempt.

I did not like anything rhe rooms were dirty and the beds were full of bed bugs

It was suitable for what we needed and the price was amazing for what you got.

I didn’t know about the deposit until arrived and have concerns about getting it back after reading reviews. I will update on the outcome for anyone else that is concerned. Other than that it was great.

Title: Not as described — unsafe and unclean — do not book! Honestly — nothing. We were so disappointed and stressed from the moment we arrived.

Everything else was unacceptable. The place was very dirty, dusty, and unhygienic throughout. Furniture was broken, walls damaged, and many things did not work. As a family, we were worried about safety issues — it is definitely not suitable for children. The photos online are very misleading and look nothing like the real condition. I have photos and videos to prove this. We contacted the host but got no proper help or refund.Please avoid this place, especially if you are a family. Look somewhere else — you will be very disappointed if you book here.

The chap that met me there was great and really helpful.

The apartment itself smelt quite badly and then the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and we had 2 fire engines come out to us and the firefighters themselves had to stick about for hours. Also the room I stayed in looked absolutely nothing like it does in the photos. In fact it's just a completely different room.
