Lews Castle

Very clean, showers were amazing. Views were awesome. The staff were second to none. Simon and Christina were extremely helpful and made our larger party feel very welcome.

We had to leave. But we’ll be back.

Posizione splendida, vista straordinaria, appartamento grande e complessivamente confortevole

Per il prezzo richiesto, la cucina non è equipaggiata adeguatamente per la preparazione dei pasti principali. L'appartamento è molto ampio e comodo. Potrebbe essere reso più caldo e accogliente, considerato il livello e il pregio storico della residenza. In alcuni punti la manutenzione dell'alloggio non può dirsi impeccabile, come ci si aspetterebbe per un prezzo così elevato. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale nella fase di accoglienza

Fantastic location and venue. Staff excellent. Pricey but worth it for the experience and the spaciousness of the rooms.

Rose greeted us and was very kind and efficient as there was a misunderstanding about my name

Didn't appreciate being asked if we had paid when we left the cocktail bar by one of the barmen in front of other people. We were quite offended, but the manager smoothed things over and was very nice (I don't remember her name - a very pleasant blonde young lady)
