Newly refurbished 1 bed first floor apartment with wifi

Nigel was the perfect host, provided clear instructions, on location, accessibility, and appliances etc. The apartment exceeded my expectations; Spacious, and tastefully decorated and furnished. Both living room and bedroom had a balcony, an added bonus! Excellent location, on the High Street. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc on your doorstep. Cosham Railway station and bus stops 3 minutes walk with regular buses and trains into central Portsmouth, Southsea and the Hard.

Nothing to dislike!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was superbly located being very close to the railway station and amenities close by.

The only slight downside was the lighting in the kitchen which could have been better plus the door into the apartment was a bugger to open

Information before we arrived, location, lovely welcome package, cleanliness, facilities, car parking in fact everything about our stay, it couldn't have been better.

Cannot think of anything other than our stay went too quickly.

Love the property and was very clean, everything you could need is at the property. The bed is very comfortable however a little on the small size for the size of the room.

Facilities are more than enough for the stay.

Parking lot is too low for my van but it is not the landlord’s fault. Just to remind others.

Ease of access , location to train station, full kitchen, lovely appartment.

Being threatened and intimidated by a group of local hoodlums right out the front door to the unit. Not the fault of the host and completely out of his control but really did put a damper on our experience.

Access lock from street was in poor condition
