Newly refurbished 1 bed first floor apartment with wifi

The flat was clean and tidy. Perfectly suitable for 1 or 2 people. And a good price for the week. Ideal for touring around by car or train. Cosham has plenty of places for eating and decent selection of shops.

The problem I had was that the walls are so thin and neighbours banging doors. One next doors had a bloody kid that would keep screaming for attention as soon as it came back and during the night. I had to shut all the room doors and sleep in the reclining chair in the sitting room at night. And when they ran the shower the pipes made a screaming noise. You can even hear the pull cord light switch next door. Basicaly a noisy situation. And the TV would randomly turn itself on. If you want a quiet holiday flat, this is not the place. But if you can sleep though external noises it's great. People outside in the street is no problem, but when you are trying to sleep and then doors bang and a kid starts screaming at odd times of the night is annoying.

Well-appointed, comfortable apartment in the centre of Cosham, a short walk to shops, buses and trains. Excellent information pack to assist guests to operate various appliances etc. Great to have lift access and a parking space if needed. Excellent host communication. Unbeatable value for a multi-day stay.

The inward opening kitchen door is inconvenient.

Large clean flat with everything you would expect to find and want for a short stay. Good central location. Clear instructions how to access flat beforehand and an excellent folder inside of everything you may need to know.

Parking space very small. Door lock is worn and takes a jiggle around to make it unlock. Somewhat disconcerting.

A large, tasteful, well appointed 1 bedroom flat with comfy leather furniture and Smart TV. Good location right next to Cosham railway station. On the high street, but surprisingly quiet. Supermarket and plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby. A home away from home.

Lovely modern well-equipped apartment. Good to have a parking space for the duration of my stay.

A little tricky with all the codes for self check in and out (3 codes), There were 2 key safe boxes and the parking post to unlock, lower and raise.. The owner's instructions were good though and he was available to contact if any problems.. The lift was broken down at the time of my visit and I had trouble getting out of the back door to the block on check out and had to be let out by someone outside. These problems nothing to do with the actual apartment though and outside the owner's control.

It really was home from home. It was clean well equipped and had lots of local information for those who don't know the area. Having the use of a washing machine was a great help as we are on a walking holiday . Great to have a parking space allocated too.
