Location is amazing and very good parking is included. The apartment is very well fitted and feels like a real home. Couldn’t think of a better base in the heart of Chichester. Clean, well organised and very friendly space.

Uncomfortable mattress in smaller bedroom, bright street lights in small bedroom could not be blocked out as curtains were not fit for propose. Quote a few stairs and low ceilings to negotiate, didn’t bother us but could become a problem for some guests if you don’t expect it.

The location was great. Amenities were plentiful and comfortable beds. The storage for personal belongings was good and the size of the rooms was fantastic. Ease of access with intercom system.

Apart from the kitchen and bathroom which were very clean, the place could have been cleaned better. Bedside tables and window sills for example were coated with dust and there were lots of cobwebs especially on the inside of windows.

The plastic insulation window panels and the front bedroom very noisy needs double glazing
