Great central location, lovely walk into Peebles along the stream. Very well equipped, fantastic water pressure!!! Convenient free parking.

Front steps were a bit tricky with a big golf bag, but really not a biggy.

Lovely clean, comfortable accommodation full of character.

The outdated size of the TV. It is not much more than a 22-inch flatscreen, which is not quite as old as the cottage but would have to be close to 20 years old. It really impacts comfort level at night and really detracts from relaxation time. I see in the reviews it has been mentioned many times for a long time. TVs are so cheap now I can't understand why this isn't rectified. The shower is tight but functional.

Cosy, clean and bright appartment with a fully equipped kitchen and very nice coffee. Excellent location as very close to all shops, supermarkets and walks. We loved our stay. Can highly recommend.
