Very cosy and warm and well equipped

Steep narrow stone stairs to access property. Ok for us but anyone with mobility issues would really struggle to get a case up there.

"A Peebles Gem."

Cosy, well maintained first floor flat. The owners had a very extensive selection of tourist information and maps. An excellent location for the town and local walks. Quiet area with easy parking. There was a small burn at the bottom of the hill and over the footbridge and across the road was Tesco. Loved it. We hope to return.

The stairs to the flat are narrow and have a bend. Not ideal if you have mobility issues or sight problems.
