Très bon emplacement au centre de Stornoway. Appartement calme, spacieux, tout y est. Panier d'accueil à l'arrivée. Instructions claires.

"Fantastic, would highly recommend."

Clean, provision of extras was exceptional. Very comfortable bed, lounge furniture, great heater. Bathroom was beautiful with plenty of linen body wash. Hand wash in each place needed. Kitchen utensils great everything we needed.

Instructions for dryer. There wasn’t a dishcloth for washing plates etc in sink.

"Comfortable"

The property is spotlessly clean, very well 'kitted out' and with a generous welcome pack. The heating is effective in chilly weather supplemented by a lovely, easily operated fired. Communication was excellent with well timed instructions and information. The apartment sits on a quiet street with plenty of parking and it is in easy walking distance for Stornoway's shops, cafes and restaurants.

It was perfect for our needs.

Pretty much everything, from the welcome treat box to the very comfortable bed .Spotlessly clean Very comfortable place to stay Fantastic location 5mins from the town,Lews Castle, Ferry port .easy street parking We’ll be back

It was cold at times but over came that with the lovely remote controlled coal effect gas fire , thought the shower was a bit weak but I’m used to a power shower ,it was clean ,hot and easy to use

Het was een fijn huis met alle kleine dingen waar aan gedacht was. Een welkomspakket, een appje de volgende dag of alles goed was, een goede handleiding van alles en een heel fijn ingericht huis. De eigenaresse was zo lief om ons iets langer te laten blijven toen een van ons ziek in bed lag. Kortom een vette aanrader.

Niets,alles was goed geregeld.

It was an apartment with kitchen facilities

Washer dryer combo was awful. Only able to do one load as it took forever to dry. Ended up taking clothes out and draping the everywhere for the night to get them dry. This was a small light load of nite clothes and underwear. No way could I do outerwear…disappo8nting!
