wasnt aware the main bedroom (4 poster for birthday girl) was a walk through for all other guests...! Maybe should have studied the layout plan and not the photos.. As there were 3 sets of adults staying there with kids, it would have been nice to have 3 x double beds, or singles pushed together and arranged as such really. Again, maybe the description said things that i didnt see. The freezer was filthy.

The decor, the amount of space and access to all facilities needed for a night

The cleanliness wasn’t at a high standard, some dirty bedsheets and pillow on some of the beds. One of the hot tubs had power full bubbles that only came out one side of the hot tub when the other one was fine. The mattress was poor quality to the fact one of the beds dipped down like a hammock. There was also a lot of dirt behind and in between the couch. The host of cleaning staff turned up before 10 so as getting ready to go they were already there.

Good location Downstairs area was a good space.

The property smelt very fusty , we think probably from the hot tub room. Disappointed with the hot tub room extremely hot, no air , one of the hot tubs jets didn’t work, smelt, not inviting, didn’t go in .Generally the property felt like it needed the carpets cleaning or replacing, towels on beds dusty, carpet in top room had sweets on the floor, some of the beds and pillows uncomfortable. Wall lights hanging off in two places

The place had plenty of space.

The hot tubs were not clean and full of limscale

Staff was in contact throughout since making booking, easy to find, spacious and good layout. Everyone was happy with the property and price paid for this, the beds were comfy too.
